LumoraBySR is a wedding photography studio based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Lumora Invitations is a premium digital wedding invitation service created and operated by LumoraBySR. Lumora Growth Copilot is an internal campaign planning and advertising workflow used by LumoraBySR to prepare, review and manage approved marketing activity. This policy applies to lumorabysr.com, our enquiry channels, Lumora Invitations and Lumora Growth Copilot.

We may collect information that couples, families, guests, customers or website visitors provide to us, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, wedding and event details, venue information, guest or family names, RSVP responses, wishes or messages, selected photographs and enquiry details.

For Lumora Growth Copilot, we may also process approved marketing audience information, campaign settings, ad-account identifiers, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, WhatsApp destination details, campaign budgets, targeting choices and creative assets needed to prepare and manage advertising.

We may receive limited technical information such as device, browser, page-view and interaction data through hosting, security and analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel where it is active.

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide photography and invitation services, prepare and deliver personalized invitation links, show event details, record RSVP responses, display submitted wishes or gallery content, provide support, maintain security, improve service performance, prepare approved advertising audiences and campaigns, measure campaign performance where enabled, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Lumora Growth Copilot may connect with Meta business tools and the Meta Marketing API to prepare approved customer audiences, upload approved creative assets, and create or manage advertising objects for LumoraBySR across supported Meta services.

Customer-list audience identifiers are normalized and cryptographically hashed before they are transmitted to Meta for matching. Raw customer identifiers are not written to Lumora Growth Copilot delivery logs. Audience information is used only for an approved advertising purpose where LumoraBySR has an appropriate permission or other lawful basis.

Lumora Growth Copilot is designed around owner-controlled review. Preparing or creating a campaign draft does not by itself authorize automatic activation or spending. Activation remains a separate owner-controlled action unless a future workflow is explicitly approved and disclosed.

A couple, family member or authorized wedding host may provide guest information so that an invitation can be prepared or delivered. The host is responsible for having appropriate authority to share that information and for keeping event details accurate. Guest information is used for the relevant wedding experience and is not automatically treated as a photography or advertising lead.

Invitations, RSVP updates and service messages may be delivered through WhatsApp or other requested channels. Message delivery can involve Meta or WhatsApp as independent platforms. We do not use wedding guest contact details for unrelated promotional marketing without a separate, valid permission or another lawful basis.

We may share only the information reasonably required with providers that help us host the website or invitation, store data, deliver messages, send email, monitor security, process approved payments, provide technical support or operate approved advertising workflows. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect rights, safety and service integrity.

When Lumora Growth Copilot uses Meta advertising services, relevant campaign, account, creative and hashed audience information may be processed by Meta under Meta's own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell wedding guest lists or customer contact lists.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the wedding, service, approved advertising workflow, support, record-keeping, dispute resolution, security or legal purposes. Information may then be deleted or anonymized, subject to any applicable retention requirement.

Where advertising audience data is no longer required, we may remove or refresh the relevant audience or delivery records. A request to delete or correct personal information can be made using the contact details below, subject to applicable law and any information we must retain for legitimate legal, security or accounting reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access to internal tools and protected credentials. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we process about you, request correction or updating, ask for erasure where appropriate, withdraw consent for future processing, object to certain uses where applicable, or raise a grievance. Wedding hosts should not provide a child's personal information unless they are a parent, guardian or otherwise authorized to do so. Our pages may link to maps, WhatsApp, Meta, social platforms or other external services governed by their own policies. Some technology providers may process information outside India subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

We may update this policy when our services, advertising workflows or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page.
