LumoraBySR is a wedding photography studio based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Lumora Invitations is a premium digital wedding invitation service created and operated by LumoraBySR. This policy applies to lumorabysr.com, our enquiry channels and the Lumora Invitations service.

We may collect information that couples, families, guests or website visitors provide to us, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, wedding and event details, venue information, guest or family names, RSVP responses, wishes or messages, selected photographs and enquiry details.

We may also receive limited technical information such as device, browser, page-view and interaction data through hosting, security and analytics technologies, including the Meta Pixel where it is active.

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide photography and invitation services, prepare and deliver personalized invitation links, show event details, record RSVP responses, display submitted wishes or gallery content, provide support, maintain security, improve service performance and meet legal or accounting obligations.

A couple, family member or authorized wedding host may provide guest information so that an invitation can be prepared or delivered. The host is responsible for having appropriate authority to share that information and for keeping event details accurate. Guest information is used for the relevant wedding experience and is not automatically treated as a photography marketing lead.

Invitations, RSVP updates and service messages may be delivered through WhatsApp or other requested channels. Message delivery can involve Meta or WhatsApp as an independent platform. We do not use wedding guest contact details for unrelated promotional marketing without a separate, valid permission or another lawful basis.

We may share only the information reasonably required with providers that help us host the website or invitation, store data, deliver messages, send email, monitor security, process approved payments or provide technical support. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect rights, safety and service integrity. We do not sell wedding guest lists.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the wedding, service, support, record-keeping, dispute resolution, security or legal purposes. Information may then be deleted or anonymized, subject to any applicable retention requirement.
