Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of personal information associated with LumoraBySR, Lumora Invitations or Lumora Growth Copilot, email lumorabysr@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as your name, phone number, email address, wedding or event reference, or the service you used. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.

Depending on the service and the information we hold, a valid deletion request may cover enquiry details, contact information, invitation guest records, RSVP or submitted message data, approved advertising audience records, Growth Copilot delivery records that contain personal information, and other personal data that is no longer required for an active service or a lawful retention purpose.

Lumora Growth Copilot may use approved customer-list audience information with Meta advertising services. Phone identifiers used for Customer List Custom Audiences are normalized and cryptographically hashed before transmission to Meta. Raw customer identifiers are not written to Lumora Growth Copilot delivery logs.

When a valid deletion request applies to an advertising audience, we may remove the relevant person from our source audience, refresh or replace the audience where appropriate, and delete or anonymize associated internal records that are no longer required. Information already processed by Meta is also subject to Meta's own data handling and deletion processes.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is the person concerned or is authorized to act for them. We aim to review and respond to valid requests without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. If additional time is needed, we will explain the reason where required.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or contractual record-keeping obligations. Where deletion is not legally possible, we may restrict use or retain only the information required for that purpose.
